1. New button should link to the new project template page.
2. Data should be displayed correctly in the table.
3. Clicking on the table headers should change the data sort order.
4. The Rows per page menu should work.
5. The forward and back page navigation buttons should work.
6. The pencil icon should link to the correct edit project template page.
7. The bin icon should link to the correct delete project template page.
