Edit Post Run Action Page

1. The Postrun Information section should display.
2. The data inputs should work.
3. The NEXT button should bring up the next section.
4. The PREVIOUS button should work.
5. The CONFIRM button should cause an attempt to update the post run action.
6. After a post run action has been updated, you should be forwarded to the post run actions page.
7. The data about the post run action should be displayed correctly.
