New Storage Page

1. The Storage Type section should display.
2. The data inputs should work.
3. The next button should bring up the next section.
4. In the review section, any broken data should cause the CREATE button to be disabled.
5. The BACK button should work.
6. The CREATE button should cause an attempt to create a new storage.
7. After a storage has been created, you should be forwarded to the storage list page.
