Edit Project Template Page

1. The Project Type and Name section should display.
2. The data inputs should work.
3. The NEXT button should bring up the next section.
4. The PREVIOUS button should work.
5. The CONFIRM button should cause an attempt to update the project template.
6. After a project template has been updated, you should be forwarded to the project templates page.
7. The data about the project template should be displayed correctly.
