This PR introduces the
ComboboxandDropdownCAP components styles as part of thereact-comboboxpackage.Scope is intentionally limited to these two components for now.
OptionGroupandOptionwill be delivered in a follow-up PR — their visual designs are still being finalized, so we're holding off on implementation to avoid rework once the specs land.
