Zarish Sphere — Digital Public Infrastructure

Operating system for national-scale digital health. 100% Go, 100% open source, designed for refugee camps to ministries.

Zarish Sphere

A Sovereign Multi-National Digital Health Operating Platform

Free · Open Source · FHIR R5 · Offline-First · Zero Vendor Lock

Everything starts and ends in GitHub.
If it is not documented, it does not exist.
If it exists, it must be automatable.

Executive Summary

Zarish Sphere is a free, open-source, documentation-driven digital health operating platform — built to coordinate, govern, and future-proof national health programs across South and Southeast Asia.

It integrates EMR · EHR · HIS · Public Health Surveillance · ERP into a single sovereign platform — combining the best of OpenMRS, DHIS2, EWARS, Go.Data, OpenIMIS, and more. It does not replace existing systems. It makes them interoperate.

🔑 Non-Negotiable Commitments

  • $0 forever — only genuinely free and open-source tiers
  • Offline first — full FHIR engine runs on a Raspberry Pi 5
  • No vendor lock — every component is self-hostable and portable
  • FHIR R5 native — all clinical data modelled as FHIR R5 resources
  • GitHub governs — every decision is an RFC, every change is a PR
