allee_effect_simulation.cpp: The code for the individual-based simulation. All the code was written in C++. g++ GNU C++ Compiler was used to compile C++ programs.input_generator.py: The code for automatically generating input files with desired combination of parameters and defining the file names of input and output.subprocess_allee_effect.py: The code for automatically executing the simulation program with multiple input files.
