Move the completed formdsl-dgsem-multipatch-compatibility-semantics OpenSpec artifacts into the archive tree and move the corresponding execution plan from active to completed. Update multipatch tracking docs to reference archived/completed DGSEM compatibility artifacts. Validation: make dev.
