Summary
Rstest has reached 0.10.0 and is now stable enough to be the recommended default testing solution for Modern.js. This PR updates the testing docs to make Rstest the primary testing framework, keeps only Rstest and Playwright in the testing guide sidebar, removes the deprecated Jest/Vitest/Cypress guide pages, and highlights Rstest in the tech stack and contributing docs.
