Closing: this bundles 9 major version bumps (TypeScript 5→6, Jest 29→30, ESLint 9→10, uuid 11→13, knip 5→6, @types/node 22→25) that have breaking changes. CI is failing across Build, Test, Lint, Type Safety, and Dead Code Detection. These need to be upgraded individually with proper migration work. |
