- Updated import for timm modules(previous implementation was deprecated) - removed verbose parameter passing in ReduceLROnPlateau as it is not available in latest 2.1 torch implementation - Using regular float instead of np.float(1.0) as this was removed onward 2.* numpy implementation - Added gitignore and requirement.txt for quick use

Hi @vefalun , this work of yours is great. but the program was not running in latest environment. So I created a fix to work in latest python packages(as installation from requirements.txt installed latest packages).
Here are the changes I made:
timmmodules to align with current (non-deprecated) usage.verboseparameter fromReduceLROnPlateauto match changes in PyTorch 2.1, where this argument is no longer supported.np.float(1.0)with a standardfloatto maintain compatibility with NumPy 2.x, which removednp.float..gitignoreandrequirements.txtfiles for easier project setup and environment replication.Thanks for making your work public
