- Add fixes to pattern.sh from common for WSL
- Update README for how to init/upgrade patterns now that we read the pattern name from the working directory rather than a git remote
- YAML files written by patternizer now use 2 spaces for indentation (prettier standard) so that they are better formatted for use with super linter
