- Use github url not local file
- Add helper to copy flag files
- Fix cwd based on new folder names
- Add check flags to crash on failure. Default is NOT to crash
- Fix issue with file name vs stem
- Write results to output files
- Create data folders, add logging. Cleanup files in container folder
- Use shutil.rmtree to remove nested directories as well as files
- Remove limiter
