Add WorldView Atlanta no-mapprojection example#118
Merged

Mirrors the mapprojected Atlanta notebook on the same stereopair but runs parallel_stereo with --alignment-method affineepipolar on the raw bundle-adjusted images, writing to stereo_no_mapproj/. Includes a final histogram-comparison section so the impact of mapprojection on DEM quality can be inspected directly.
…ge space - Replace the "report saved to reports/<file>.pdf" relative-path note in the three WorldView stereo notebooks with a fully-qualified docs URL pointing at the served PDF in _static/reports/. Fix the stale _22deg_0d / _21deg_12d filenames in the existing notebooks (they did not match what !asp_plot actually writes). - In the no-mapprojection notebook, add --left-image-crop-win for the airport ROI (derived by inverse-RPC projection of the mapprojected notebook's t_projwin) and document the derivation. This brings the stereo run from full-tile (~1 Gpx) to ~154 Mpx, comparable to the mapprojected airport-only run.
…arison figures - Regenerate worldview_spacenet_atlanta_stereo.ipynb (mapprojected) and worldview_spacenet_atlanta_stereo_without_mapprojection.ipynb with fresh outputs. - Add the saved per-landcover ICESat-2 histograms used by the comparison section of the no-mapprojection notebook: notebooks/figures/worldview-atlanta-icesat-with-mapproj.png and notebooks/figures/worldview-atlanta-icesat-without-mapproj.png. - Refresh reports/WorldView_Atlanta-asp-plot-report.pdf and add reports/WorldView_Atlanta_without_mapprojection-asp-plot-report.pdf.

Doing this using the Atlanta stereopair (lower resolution, faster processing than UCSD)
