fix: publish OpenClaw plugin load compatibility

Summary

• Bump @useorgx/openclaw-plugin to 0.7.35
• Declare OpenClaw startup activation and runtime tool contracts for newer gateway loading
• Redirect legacy /orgx/chat links to /orgx/live
• Prefer OpenClaw's managed npm plugin install path in local deploy/dev scripts

Test plan

• npm run typecheck

Rollout

• Publish via GitHub Release v0.7.35 so trusted npm publishing runs through .github/workflows/publish.yml
