Add Work Graph continuity to OrgX agent skills

Summary

• bump OrgX domain agent skill docs to v1.1.0
• add Work Graph continuity guidance for active reporting, passive hook backstops, fingerprint/hydration preservation, and missed orchestration callouts
• keep raw transcripts/secrets out of Work Graph summaries across engineering, product, design, marketing, sales, operations, and orchestration agents
