This gives users the Campus Champion ACL when they log in under the conditions described in https://github.com/ubccr/xdmod-xsede/pull/427.
This will only happen if the
CampusChampionAclUpdaterclass exists, i.e., only if thexdmod-xsedemodule is used.Checklist:
