Overview
Updates documentation to match the new dashboard configuration model: streaks are now described in terms of frequency + configurable streak conditions (thresholds, multi-metric ALL/OR), with refreshed screenshots and added links for restoring streaks.

Refreshes Emails and Push Notifications docs (and related guides) to emphasize adding and activating templates per type rather than enabling triggers, updates a broken anchor in the study guide, and removes the push “beta” note. Also adds Push Notifications to the Quick Start feature card list.
