Ruby 1.8 Docker Image

Installs Ruby to /opt/rubies/ruby-1.8.7-p375 using ruby-build, and adds it to the PATH. Image includes:

• tini
• ruby 1.8
• rake 0.7.3
• slimgems
• bundler 1.17.3
