PHPTracker 0.2.1

PHPTracker is a library suitable to create Bittorrent files of local files,
manage peer announcements and provoding initial seed.

If you want to use the MySQL persistnce object, see mysql.sql for the table structure.
Tests can be run with PHPUnit, see phpunit.xml for bootstrap configuration.
