Note the version matrix isn't actually published so I'm removing it in #1088 - I can rebase but just FYI this isn't strictly needed - we probably should add it instead to the table in the release notes

oh I will remove then from here and I will add to the release notes table. Please @hardys double check I did well even we need to bump it for 3.6, but let's keep it in main to avoid forgetting during release preparation
