UI improvements and minor bug fixes
- Added player visible timetable when results are not shown
- Added current time to top right corner to be visible for players
- Other small UI changes:
- The round list in the time tab became smaller
- Position break end time selector to horizontal center
- Automatically move player view to external display if one is available
- Allow up and down arrows select round it the time tab
- Visible area selection handles for results are limited past the current area
- Allow mouse wheel scrolling for the result view selection
- Fixed pausing before tournament start time not to add first round lenght to
the start time. - Fixed a few memory leaks.
- Updated translations Danish and Finnish

Fix for startup crash caused by http redirection
There was a bug in http downloading that crashed because
google driver service is now using http redirection for
the version information file of clock.
Result file selection view now supports basic mouse
browsing using links in the web page.
Other updates include translations Danish, Spanish, French,
Estonian, Polish, Russian, Italian and German

Fixes to windows rendering issues
The new versions switched windows rendering to use D3D instead of OpenGL. That avoids issue with broken OpenGL driver that are too common in windows.
Windows installer gains also ability to upgrade currently installed versions making it easier to keep windows version up to date.
Other changes include:
- Delays in tournament don't affect break end time
- Added translation to Dutch
- Fixed handling for multi day tournaments with over night breaks
