Wire OTLP/HTTP exporters for traces and metrics with separate configuration for each signal. Empty endpoint disables that signal. Config is reachable via yaml, SPRUE_TELEMETRY_* env vars, and hidden --telemetry-* flags on the serve command. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> wip
