Tool to parse JHU COVID-19 data and save graph.

1. Clone the JHU COVID-19 data repository(https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19)
2. Clone and install requirements.txt from this repo
3. Run program to save graph, e.g. python JHU_COVID_parser.py -sd=04-01-2020 -ed=06-01-2020 -f=Confirmed -c=US -s=Florida -co=Pasco -r=/Users/user1/PycharmProjects/
