- Added a 10% margin on each side of the normalized chromosome and protein positions to improve plot aesthetics. - Adjusted the normalization calculations to incorporate the new margin and scale for better distribution of data points. - Reversed the tick labels on the y-axis for protein positions to align with the visual representation.
