lint: ignore compass initialisms with spaces

As we’re adding z3998:initialism to more things now, compass markup is getting incorrectly flagged by lint.

I think this begs the question, are compass directions initialisms? This semantic is being added by a blanket change to semanticate, not specifically to compass directions. Initialisms are abbreviations which are read as letters (e.g. F.B.I.) but when we read something like He walked N. N. W. do we read the letters, or do we read the full directions?

I'm leaning to it not being an initialism and thus we need to update semanticate, not lint. But I could be convinced otherwise.

I could 100% go with that and I thought I’d put it in the original comment, but apparently I left it out. Happy to PR a block on adding initialism to compass directions if you decide you want to do that instead.
