Adds a JSS section to solid/servers.md matching the format of the existing Community Solid Server and Pivot CSS sections. JSS is a Solid server implementation actively maintained on npm (javascript-solid-server v0.0.201). The new section covers install (npx and global), CLI flags, storage, access control (WAC), identity (Solid-OIDC), multi-user pods, and pod creation, mirroring the existing CSS section's structure. Also updates README.md to reflect the expanded servers.md coverage and appends two rows to the Quick Reference table.
