The current version was not using the latest major version of build. That was causing a blocker to fetch dependencies when having other dependencies that also depends from build package and was using a higher version (e.g. injectable_generator).
I've updated build package version, improved the changelog to have the latest version at top, and removed pubspec.lock from the repository, because since this is a package, and not an application, it is not needed.
