improvements for y-decompile and y-whereis scripts

• added switch for decompiler (cfr, procyon)
• added decompiled code line alignment for cfr decompiler
• root project folder may differ from 'hybris', but it must have 'platform' folder, so where-is script was modified

Many thanks for PR! I have only one concern about adding structure in decompiled code (duplicate full hybris path to source) versus initial plain structure. How do you attach it to IDE?
Personally I use Idea and just click on 'decompiled_src' folder and select 'Mark directory as Generate d Sources root' and whole directory became available for code indexing right away.
