Updates the SEAPATH governance document to reflect the current Technical Steering Committee (TSC) voting member representatives.
Changes:
- Rename the “GE” organization entry to “GE Vernova” for the TSC voting members list.
- Update the Schneider representative from Alban Denat to Camille Bloch.
