Added CPU times to custom format

From now target file in custom format will contain CPU times (UserTime and PrivilegedTime separately).
From now changed text in folder name textbox will change target folder for new files.
From now folder set folder name textbox will selected in dialog for selecting folders.
From now checkbox "Write FRAPS file format" will change new files format even connection already accepted.

Fixed hotkey editor

From now hotkey editor working properly.

Added hotkeys, implemented stoping on timer
