There was a mistake with the loop segment which translates "*.in" files. This issue results in break "*.inc" files accidentally, because AWK is replace "*.inc" to "*c", the gsub expression was not defined correctly to absolute match only the end of the filename> You already fixed that with the one breaked file "blake2_params.inc.in", but in future there could be more files like that which let the sense of the loop ruined.
