Grunt work

• Updated all the deps to latest where possible
• Overhauled sever api to use routes with named resource paths

Docker

• bumped to nodejs 20
• use trixie for build and base
• added images for hlip and brscan4 (I started to add brscan5 but that is in active development and the link changes)

UX

• Fixed routing issue on the front-end that caused manual reloads to go back to /scan
• added easier renaming
