The old one did break when singe percentage signs were contained. The new one handles those and invalid hex characters. However, it does not replace a + sign with a space, as proxychains does not support spaces in credentials

By using a proper squid upstream proxy configuration, we possibly don't need proxychains anymore.
This PR is not intended for merging, but for triggering the CI and thoroughly test the image at the sites.
