NIFMD_Data

All the R codes and datasets (primary and secondary) used in the FMDVSerPred model building and validation are made available to reproduce the results. The secondary datasets are retrived from nucleotide database of NCBI, here, the datasets are curated, compiled, and made available to the researchers for their use. The primary datasets generated at ICFMD lab of ICAR-NIFMD, Bhubaneswar, are also made available to the users for their use.
