This repository contains information necessary to reproduce the figures in the paper Single-nucleus brain transcriptomics reveals microglia dysfunction in Multiple System Atrophy brains by Rydbirk et al.
We provide objects necessary to produce all figures presented in the manuscript, except for QC which we provide as a report due to GDPR restrictions.
