modified to use garlicOS directory structure

I monkeyed around with the getEmuName and getDisplayName functions to allow use of the same directories as GarlicOS. For example, instead of "Sony Playstation (PS)" a dir named "PS" will map to PS.pak and will display as "Sony Playstation"

never mind - this needs to cook a bit more - m3u aren't handled in a sane fashion - minUI expects them to be inside the folder, Garlic expects them outside.

I fixed the issues I know about:

• collation of different dirs with the same display name should work now
• the m3u are read from either the location parallel to or inside of the dir
• m3u files are hidden

there may be some weirdness related to save states that I'm not sure about (I suspect there are differences in the way m3u loaded rooms are treated with hotkey save states vs menu save states)
