This update runs 3 times per day, but it chooses random hours between certain times of the day (0600 - 1100, 1200 - 1800, 1900 - 2300).
Random time to unfollow between 3 and 6 am each day
It will also log follower and following counts at "unfollow" each day
The readme tells you to make the cookies and logs directory
Cron restart to reset random variables at midnight each day
