As per the question raised in #60. This PR helps install Dexter on Intel Macs by building it from source using the main tarball from the latest release and
go-build.Prior to this, any Intel Mac user who tried to install Dexter via homebrew encounter a
no URLerror caused by a missing release for their hardware architecture. With this PR, they can now install and build Dexter from source without any extra dependencies apart fromgo.
