About Me

I’m Reethu Penumatsa, an aspiring software developer and B.Tech Information Technology student passionate about full-stack development and building impactful solutions. Winner of the ZIGNASA 2k23 Hackathon, I love blending tech skills with analytical thinking to solve real-world problems. I had an opportunity to pitch my idea at WE-Hub Telangana. As an intern at Optum (UHG), I contributed to building an AI-powered Smart Compare tool that automated change detection across 300+ data points, generated instant summaries, and integrated with ServiceNow, reducing manual analysis time and improving operational efficiency.
