Mostly LGTM; just added a few suggestions for consideration.

I think it might help users if we provide some context in the templates about the removal of == Next steps. (for now, possible quick fix might be a link to the #248)
Further, people who have been using it for a while might want to know about what happens to existing == Next steps and how to go about them in the future. I am not sure if we have that info, but just something to consider.
