Summary
Adds a new Target Species detail page at
/[tripId]/targets/[speciesCode]with hero (photo, name, scientific name, monthly chart, actions), notes, hotspot ranking (Saved + All scopes, Best/Frequency sort, Last seen / Min observations filters), and a per-row mini bar chart of monthly frequency on the targets list. Target rows on the list now navigate to the detail page.Also included some minor improvements to the target list page, including a mini bar chart.
