if showAllValues is TRUE, it will display all the values in the autocomplete list with the ones which match the search query on the top.

showAllValues, allows you to see all the autcomplete suggestions at once, with the ones which meet the search query on the top, so its easy to navigate through all possible tag values.
i also incorporated all the fixes made by other contributors.
