Suggests the new VTL version 2.3 that has most of the functionality created in this package now shipped with it in the readme file. Updates grant information.

This is the first release of the code that creates a speech corpus from the annotations in the GECO corpus by creating gesture files for VocalTractLab and synthesizing them with VocalTractLab.

At the moment the code runs only under Linux.
