This PR enables sensible fields to be searchable.

Before:

www prototypefund de_admin_settings_fields_site=german

After:

ptf ddev site_admin_settings_fields_site=german

I probably would’ve been more restrictive about which fields to include, but I also don’t think it makes a big performance difference? Let’s try it out, we can always remove again if needed.
