Brings ipranger up to current PD baseline:
dep-auto-merge.ymlwith the compat-checks + workflow_run auto-merge pattern (matches fastdialer/asnmap)Build, vet, and the example all pass. Once this lands, the 4 stuck Dependabot PRs (#151/154/155/156) become no-ops and auto-close.
