I am not seeing "System install has been refreshed. Restart now." after the refresh completes.
Once in the recovery partition I am killing the installer and adding this patch, after running through the Refresh, I still see the "Shutdown now and create a user" text.
Perhaps the mode=REFRESH has been removed at this point of the refresh install?

We disabled reboot on a few systems - could that be the problem? |
I saw this most recently on an oryp5. |
