This app loads vulkan, most likely due to the qt6-ffmpeg-multimedia backend which probes for vulkan for hardware accel.
This is not really needed here at all, this application can use OpenGL instead for media decoding if it even supports it that is, since this is one of the few applications that still relies on vdpau which is dead.
