fix: stack process and alert panels

Closes #39.

Summary

• Stack Process activity and Monitor alerts vertically instead of using the wide two-column desktop split.
• Rebuild packaged dashboard assets.
• Add desktop and mobile screenshots for the updated layout.

Post-merge cleanup for PR #40 is complete.

Status:

• Confirmed PR fix: stack process and alert panels #40 merged as 34daeae and origin/main is now at release tag v0.18.2 (96de0c6).
• Verified post-merge tests and release workflows succeeded for the merge commit.
• Removed the clean dedicated worktree /home/openclaw/.openclaw/workspace/github/github-agent-bridge-process-alerts.
• Deleted stale local branch redesign-process-alerts after confirming it is contained in origin/main.
• Left the canonical checkout /home/openclaw/.openclaw/workspace/github/github-agent-bridge untouched because it is currently on the separate active PR fix: resolve trigger actors during enqueue #38 branch fix-enqueue-trigger-actor-fallback.
