Layout elements were being misidentified as XMSC because the Script check fired first in the regex fallback path. Layout is now checked before Script. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Modify the auto detection order of clipboard type so Layouts are checked before scripts and steps.
